Questions
How do you calculate COD profit?
Only delivered orders bring in money, but every order uses delivery, packing and ad spend. Profit per order is the profit on delivered orders, minus the cost of returned parcels, minus ad spend, all weighted by your return rate.
What is a normal COD return rate in Pakistan?
It depends on your product, city and how you confirm orders, and we do not have a figure we can prove. Count your own: parcels returned divided by all parcels sent over the last month or two.
What does the break-even return rate mean?
It is the share of returned orders at which your profit becomes zero, using your numbers. Above it, you lose money on each order on average.
What should I enter for ad spend per order?
Divide what you spent on ads in a month by all orders that month, delivered and returned. If you do not run ads, enter 0.
Does it include my time or rent?
No. It counts only the costs you enter, so treat the result as profit before your own time, rent and other running costs.
Is my data saved?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent or stored. No sign-up is needed.
